Knowledge of application tiers
Understanding of IT Operations (IT Infrastructure and Application
operations)
Good troubleshooting skills, communication, and customer
handling etiquettes
Experience on any APM tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Proven experience in application support engineering, with a strong emphasis on
Kubernetes environments.
Proven experience in giving support for Microservices based application
Good understanding of cloud platform & services
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, with hands-on
experience in Kubernetes.
Good knowledge of Java and Angular
Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2,
Hibernate)
Monitoring Applications using Application Performance monitoring tools like
Dynatrace
Analyze the alerts and issues identified by APM Product to assist in detailed Root
Cause Analysis.
Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their
infrastructure based on analysis of alerts.
Continuously monitor and improve the deployments.
Get details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain points
Must have worked on Incident Management. Manage and coordinate incident
response efforts, including assessing and prioritizing incidents, communicating
effectively with stakeholders, and guiding response efforts.
Strong working experience in Application support & service management tools :
ServiceNow, JIRA
Strong knowledge of issue resolution & escalation practices
Sounds knowledge of any public cloud &
