Preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance
Management area
- Knowledge of application tiers
- Understanding of IT Operations (IT Infrastructure and Application operations)
- Good troubleshooting skills, communication, and customer handling etiquettes
- Experience on any APM tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Applications using Application Performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Analyze the alerts and issues identified by APM Product to assist in detailed Root Cause Analysis.
- Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of alerts.
- Continuously monitor and improve the deployments.
- Get details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain points.
