Experience • 05+ Years of experience in Zscaler solution operations
Budget • 20 LPA
Must Have
- Good Technical knowledge on Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX & DLP)
- Hand-on experience in operations (L2 issues) of Zscaler solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues in complex environments
- Handle Support related escalations effectively
- Attend Onsite meetings / Conf-calls with Customer & Vendor
- Superior communication skills
