Role Overview: This position involves extensive market research to identify
business opportunities, establish connections with key industry stakeholders, and
secure meetings and demos with critical decision-makers (SPOCs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential business opportunities
and maintain a comprehensive database of leads. - Find and engage with key decision-makers (SPOCs) to facilitate meetings and
product demonstrations. - Establish and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders including
brokers, MEP consultants, AVVC solution providers, PMC consultants,
architects, interior designers, and office fit-out professionals. - Effectively utilize LinkedIn to connect and network with relevant stakeholders
and decision-makers. - Schedule and secure meetings/demos regularly to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS/ startup
environment. - Experience working in the India market – understanding of buyer behaviour
and sales cycles in India. - Familiarity with the various lead generation and cold outreach tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach
messages. This would involve significant cold calling. - Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-
growth environment with minimal management. - Experience using sales engagement tools, market research tools, AI tools
exposure & enablement readiness.
