Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Goal: Your main objective is to generate high-quality Sales Qualified
Leads (SQLs) that align with Hipla’s ideal customer profile, driving new
business opportunities. - Account research, understanding organizational structure; identifying
decision makers. - Outreach – Identify, research, and engage potential clients via email, cold
calling, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Lead Qualification – Assess potential customers’ pain points, needs, and
interest in our solutions. - Sales Development – Schedule discovery calls and demos for sales team,
ensuring a strong handover. - Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize
lead generation efforts and refine outreach strategies. - CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and
pipeline activity in HubSpot. - Providing technical information and collateral material about our services.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS/ startup
environment. - Experience working in the India market – understanding of buyer behaviour
and sales cycles in India. - Familiarity with the various lead generation and cold outreach tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach
messages. This would involve significant cold calling. - Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-
growth environment with minimal management. - Experience using sales engagement tools, AI tools exposure & enablement
readiness.
