We are looking for a Tech Operations Manager for our IT MNC client who shares a passion for innovation and change. This role is essential in helping business partners evolve and adapt to the personalized expectations of consumers in this new technological era.
Location: Pune, Hinjawadi
We are looking for a Tech Operations Manager who will be –
● An offshore focal of a client Digital Operations(this includes L1 and L2 teams).
● An escalation point at the IST time for the team and the client stakeholders for Digital Operations.
● An offshore coordinator for the nearshore
What will help you succeed:
● Proven experience as an IT Tech Operations Manager for a min. of 10 years of experience in managing Operations/Support and driving efficiency improvement adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
● Highly proactive, assertive, and collaborative, and have excellent communication skills.
● High expertise in one of the core technology areas viz. Mobile Apps, Services/Backend(Java), Platform Engineering(CloudOps on AWS). or SAP Hybris(Commerce).
● High potential, curiosity and willingness to learn, adapt, and execute different challenges under Operations catering to multiple technologies(particularly: Native Mobile, Java, and SAP Hybris).
● Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work with the team to decipher complex incidents.
Responsibilities:
● Work with the Global Operations Leader from our client to build and execute strategies for the Operations initiatives.
● Take proactive ownership and accountability as the incident commander for the escalated incidents to Ops management from L1/L2.
● Work on executing different strategic initiatives within Operations and ensure the SLAs and KPIs are constantly monitored, administered, adhered to, measured, and presented to the client.
● Build risk mitigation and contingency plans for SLAs and KPIs related to Operations under the supervision of the global operations Leader.
● Predict risks ensure a high sense of urgency and be able to own, delegate, and execute different priorities daily.
● Continuously build and evolve the Operations team through SOPs/Runbooks/Approaches in consultation with the global operations Leader.
