Role Overview
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be the critical bridge between customer needs and technical delivery. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, ensuring alignment across Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Stakeholder Management: Lead workshops to capture AS-IS/TO-BE processes; manage client expectations for RFP/RFI responses.
- Functional Design: Create detailed functional specifications, process maps, and workflow diagrams; prioritize standard ERP features over customizations.
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Partner with Architects to design competitive ERP solutions and assess their financial/operational impact.
- Delivery Collaboration: Act as a functional guide for developers; review test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Change Management: Evaluate the impact of change requests on architecture, timelines, and costs.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–9 years as a BA in enterprise technology or ERP environments.
- Domain Expertise: Proven exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or CRM.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret system capabilities and translate them into business value.
- Skills: Expertise in requirement gathering, data modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
