Job Description:
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Data Quality Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a related role with a strong focus on data quality and data management.
Proven experience in data quality monitoring, testing, and validation across complex data environments.
Solid understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Experience with data quality tools such as Talend, Informatica Data Quality, or open-source solutions.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is a plus.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide actionable solutions.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and assess data quality and provide insights to stakeholders.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate across teams to define data quality requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
