🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via calls and chat, ensuring top-quality service.
  • Deliver end-to-end support for bookings related to flights, hotels, insurance, and car rentals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Handle high volumes of queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay updated with internal processes and updates.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (Mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Must have HSC (12th pass) or higher qualification (certificate required).
  • Experience letters from last two employers required.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights.
