- Respond to customer queries via calls and chat, ensuring top-quality service.

- Stay updated with internal processes and updates.
✅ Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Must have HSC (12th pass) or higher qualification (certificate required).
- Experience letters from last two employers required.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights.
