- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing AI/ML projects (data-driven products, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in an agile environment, with a focus on delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycle and the tools/technologies commonly used in the industry (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Skills:
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive teams towards project completion while managing competing priorities.
- Ability to understand and manage technical risks in AI/ML projects and make decisions that align with business objectives.
