In August 2025, a leading MNC in Pune partnered with Syncwell Infotech to hire for a super niche Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) position requiring 8+ years of deep domain expertise. The role was mission-critical to the client’s ERP transformation roadmap. However, D365 F&O professionals with this specialization are extremely limited, often highly paid, and rarely available in the active job market. With a budget cap of 40 LPA, the search became even more challenging.
