Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Configure and enhance core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, and Discovery.
- Develop Service Catalog items, record producers, flow designer workflows, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other integration methods.
- Maintain platform stability, perform upgrades, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Build and maintain CMDB data models, discovery patterns, and service mapping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance problems, and defects.
- Ensure platform security, including ACLs, roles, access controls, and data policies.
- Deliver technical documentation, architectural diagrams, release notes, and user guides.
- Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
