Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience, ideally within the IT, Communication, or Telecom sectors. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing all digital campaigns to drive B2B/B2C lead generation and significantly boost our online brand visibility.
Experience & Domain Focus (3-5 Years)
- 3-5 years of hands-on, proven experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth role.
- Demonstrable expertise in IT, Communication, or Telecom marketing (e.g., SaaS platforms, CPaaS, cloud services, network solutions, or B2B tech services).
- Track record of successfully managing digital budgets (PPC, display) to deliver a clear Return on Investment (ROI) in a competitive tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Performance Marketing: Design and manage end-to-end paid campaigns (SEM/PPC on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to generate qualified leads and drive conversions for technical products.
- SEO & Web: Lead technical and on-page SEO strategy, focusing on high-intent keywords relevant to our industry (e.g., ‘5G solutions,’ ‘Cloud API,’ ‘enterprise software’).
- Analytics & CRO: Be the owner of digital data. Use tools like GA4 and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to analyze campaign performance, create dashboards, and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Automation: Configure and manage marketing automation workflows (email, lead nurturing) to improve funnel efficiency and sales readiness.
- Content Alignment: Ensure all digital content (whitepapers, case studies, product pages) is strategically aligned with campaign goals and optimized for search performance.
Technical Skills Required
- Expert-level command of Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
