TechOps Engineer

Preferred Skills:
● Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally early in
the release process.
● Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and early-stage release strategies in cloud
environments.
● Hands-on experience in build and deployment automation (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
● Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Sentry for
proactive issue detection and resolution.
● Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and collaboration tools (JIRA) — managing
release and change management processes.
● Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools — Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.
● Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
● Exposure to monitoring and incident management tools and production support
environments.
● Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities, with a focus on early risk
identification and mitigation.
● Experience in regulated environments with an emphasis on compliance and security is
an added advantage.
● Proficiency in SQL and experience as an Application Production Support Engineer,
including DevOps configuration and bug monitoring.
