HR Executive (Real Estate Industry)

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support all operational HR functions within a real estate firm based in Kharadi, Pune. This role is crucial for managing the daily HR administrative tasks, handling compliance, supporting talent acquisition for the corporate and site teams, and ensuring smooth employee relations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support

  • Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process for various roles, particularly for Sales Executives, Site Supervisors, and back-office staff.
  • Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate trackers.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding documentation for new hires.

HR Administration and Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain highly organized and confidential employee files and records (digital and physical).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and compile monthly payroll inputs accurately for submission to the finance team.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and general HR queries.

Statutory Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws and support the timely submission of all statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine employee inquiries and administrative issues.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, festivals, and team-building events.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administrative role, preferably within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Kharadi, Pune for full-time office work.
  • Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a high commitment to confidentiality.
