Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Present and pitch Syncwell’s recruitment services to prospects.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to close deals.
Requirements:
- MBA preferred (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
