Job Summary
A fast-growing technology consulting company is hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright. In this role, you’ll drive test strategy across functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles, build scalable automation frameworks, and help embed quality throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Build and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks
- Automate UI and API test scenarios and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines
- Perform API and database validation
- Manage defects, QA reporting, and overall release quality
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams
- Mentor QA team members and drive QA best practices across the team
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in QA/software testing, including test automation
- Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright for UI and API automation
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of API and database testing/validation
- Experience with defect management and QA reporting tools
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills
