About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant specializing in ITAM, CMDB, and Integrations to design, develop, and maintain solutions that drive visibility, control, and automation across enterprise IT environments. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), support governance and compliance through accurate asset data, and develop robust integrations between ServiceNow and other core enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management Development: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) aligned with license compliance and enterprise processes.
- CMDB Maintenance & Architecture: Enhance the CMDB by ensuring accurate relationships, normalization, and reconciliation across Configuration Items (CIs); implement discovery patterns and data imports aligned with CSDM and ITIL standards.
- Enterprise Integrations: Develop and automate integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Coupa, SailPoint) using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Governance & Data Quality: Support CMDB and ITAM governance processes to maintain top-tier data quality, lifecycle accuracy, and ownership.
- Analytics & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards and reports for asset utilization, compliance tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects and Platform Owners to align solutions with the enterprise roadmap, and actively participate in Agile/Sprint ceremonies.
Requirements
- Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Core Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery mechanisms.
- Integration Skills: Proven experience building integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and handling data imports from SCCM, Intune, or JAMF.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of CSDM and ITIL frameworks.
