About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Application Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects for medium-to-large enterprises. In this role, you will drive strategic transformation, define architectural standards, and ensure solutions are engineered to the highest technical and business standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and integrations with third-party systems
- Ensure all delivered solutions align with corporate architecture, infrastructure, and security standards
- Guide and mentor development teams; unblock challenges by proposing, reviewing, and approving solutions
- Prepare detailed architectural documentation, solution flows, and design documents
- Architect solutions for large-scale ServiceNow or ITIL-based deployments across the application lifecycle
- Develop design documents addressing business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational requirements
- Deliver clear technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with virtual, cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Hands-on expertise developing solutions using core ServiceNow platform components
- Strong knowledge of EC Pro, HRSD, and ServiceNow integrations
- Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and large-scale deployment lifecycles
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and mentor junior architects
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational capabilities
- ✅ Preferred: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
