We are looking for a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert with 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies, software architectures, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with GCP and be adept at analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex systems.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, preferably GCP.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and cloud-native applications. Hands-on experience
with monitoring, logging, and API testing tools. - Ability to read and understand Python or C# code.
- Solid knowledge of RDBMS and SQL. Familiarity with REST API interaction and automation.
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms. Knowledge of multi-cloud environments. Strong troubleshooting and
analytical skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and guide technical teams.
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotationalshifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
What will you do - Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical training sessions on incident ownership, resolution, and communication skills, including both in-person and virtual setups.
- Manage training logistics, resources, and distribution of materials and access credentials.
- Handle technical onboarding logistics, including system access and team introductions.
- Create and manage user accounts on learning platforms and troubleshoot access issues.
- Track participant attendance, engagement, progress, and collect feedback.
- Analyze training data and generate reports on program effectiveness and impact on metrics such as time to proficiency.
- Identify training gaps, propose targeted interventions, and suggest improvements to content and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal knowledge bases and training resources.
